2. Subscription Billing
2.1 Billing Cycle
- All subscriptions are billed monthly
- Billing occurs on the same day each month as your initial subscription
- First payment is charged immediately upon subscription
- Subsequent payments are charged automatically on your renewal date
2.2 Subscription Tiers
- Free Tier: No payment required
- Premium Tier: $9.99/month
- Pro Tier: $29.99/month
2.3 Payment Methods
We accept payments through two methods:
- Stripe: Credit cards, debit cards, and PayPal
- Premium Plan includes a 3-day free trial (Stripe payments only)
- Pro Plan requires payment upfront - no free trial
- Automatic monthly renewal
- Requires valid payment method on file
- NOWPayments (Cryptocurrency): Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDC, USDT, and 200+ other cryptocurrencies
- No free trial available
- Payment required upfront
- Manual renewal required each month
- 30-day subscription from payment confirmation
3. Refund Policy
3.1 General Policy
NO REFUNDS FOR PARTIAL MONTHS
- Subscription fees are non-refundable
- If you cancel, you retain access until the end of your current billing period
- No prorated refunds are provided for early cancellation
- This applies to all subscription tiers (Premium and Pro)
Cryptocurrency Payments:
- Cryptocurrency payments are generally non-refundable due to the irreversible nature of blockchain transactions
- Refunds for crypto payments may only be considered in exceptional circumstances and are subject to our discretion
- Any refunds for crypto payments, if approved, will be processed in the same cryptocurrency used for the original payment
3.2 Exceptions
We may provide refunds in the following circumstances:
Technical Issues:
- If the Service is unavailable for more than 72 consecutive hours
- If a critical feature is broken and not resolved within 7 days
- If you cannot access your account due to our technical error
Billing Errors:
- If you were charged incorrectly due to our error
- If you were charged after properly cancelling your subscription
- If duplicate charges occurred
Extenuating Circumstances:
- Reviewed on a case-by-case basis
- Submit a request with detailed explanation
- Decision is at our sole discretion
3.3 How to Request a Refund

4. Cancellation Policy
4.1 How to Cancel
You can cancel your subscription at any time:

4.2 What Happens After Cancellation

4.3 Immediate Effect
If you want to immediately stop using paid features:
- You can cancel your subscription
- However, no refund will be provided
- You will lose access to paid features immediately (if requested)
5. Free Trials
5.1 Free Trial Terms (Premium Plan Only - Stripe Payments)
Premium Plan includes a 3-day free trial when paying with Stripe (credit card, debit card, or PayPal):
- Duration: 3 days
- A valid credit card is required to start the trial
- You will NOT be charged during the 3-day trial period
- You will be charged automatically when the trial ends unless you cancel before then
- Cancel before trial ends to avoid charges
- Pro Plan does not include a free trial - payment is required upfront
5.2 Crypto Payments - No Free Trial
Cryptocurrency payments (via NOWPayments) do not include a free trial period:
- Payment is required upfront in full
- No trial period is available for crypto payments
- Subscription access begins immediately upon payment confirmation
- Subscription duration is 30 days from payment confirmation
- Manual renewal required each month
5.3 Free Trial Cancellation (Stripe Only)
- Cancel anytime during the trial period
- No charge if cancelled before trial ends
- Cancellation must be completed at least 24 hours before trial ends
- No refunds if you forget to cancel
5.4 Free Trial Eligibility
- Free trial available only for Premium Plan (Stripe payments only)
- One free trial per user
- One free trial per payment method
- We reserve the right to deny free trials
- Previous subscribers may not be eligible
- Pro Plan is not eligible for free trials
- Crypto payments are not eligible for free trials on any plan
6. Subscription Changes
6.1 Upgrading
From Free to Premium/Pro:
- Charged immediately for the new tier
- Billing date becomes your upgrade date
From Premium to Pro:
- Charged the difference immediately
- Billed at Pro rate on next renewal
6.2 Downgrading
From Pro to Premium:
- Downgrade takes effect at end of current billing period
- No partial refund for unused time
- Charged Premium rate on next renewal
From Premium/Pro to Free:
- Effectively a cancellation
- Access to paid features until period ends
- No refund provided
7. Failed Payments and Account Suspension
7.1 Failed Payment Attempts
If your payment fails:
- We will attempt to charge your payment method up to 3 times
- You will receive email notifications
- Update your payment method in Account Settings
7.2 Account Suspension
If payment cannot be processed:
- Your account will be downgraded to Free tier
- You lose access to Premium/Pro features immediately
- Your data is retained for 30 days
- Resubscribe anytime to restore access
7.3 No Refunds for Suspended Accounts
- No refunds are provided if your account is suspended due to payment failure
- You are responsible for ensuring your payment method is valid
8. Promotional Pricing and Discounts
8.1 Promotional Offers
We may offer promotional pricing:
- Discounts are temporary
- Standard rates apply after promotion ends
- Promotional terms will be clearly stated
- Cannot be combined with other offers (unless stated)
8.2 Coupon Codes
If you use a coupon code:
- Follow the specific terms of that promotion
- Standard refund policy applies unless otherwise stated
- One-time use only
- Cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash
9. Price Changes
9.1 Future Price Increases
- We may increase subscription prices at any time
- You will be notified 30 days before any price increase
- Your current rate is locked until your next renewal
- Cancel before renewal to avoid price increase
9.2 No Refunds for Price Changes
- If you disagree with a price change, cancel before it takes effect

- Continued use after price change constitutes acceptance
10. Chargebacks and Disputes

If you initiate a chargeback:

13. Currency
